S2 Homework

Brief Description of Course

There are three topics studied during the year.  Forces, Electricity and Telecommunication.  The course is based on practical activities which help pupils develop their investigation skills

Type of Homework

Completing work started in class from textbooks or reporting on experimental work begun in class.

Formal homework exercises linked to current work.  Homework items are collected in booklet form.

Revision exercises based on “test yourself sheets” and “key ideas summaries”.

Frequency

As necessary to ensure progress of individuals.

Every 2 to 3 weeks depending on the topic being studied.

At the end of each topic and as part of pupils’ regular routine.
