Intermediate 1 Mathematics
AIMS OF COURSE
The course aims to build
on previous mathematical experience. It contains mathematical
techniques useful in everyday life and simple abstract mathematical
concepts are introduced.
Entry to the course:
Normally students should
have obtained a Standard Grade 4, 5 or 6.
Students who have not
achieved at least a Grade 5 for Knowledge and Understanding and at
least a Grade 5 for Reasoning and Enquiry at Standard Grade will
find this course very challenging.
