Intermediate 2 Homework

Homework Guidelines

In order to successfully meet the requirements of the course, pupils need to pass internal written assessments.  In preparation for these internal outcomes, pupils will be required to complete homework tasks.

Throughout the year pupils are expected to practice and improve their culinary skills, including knife skills at home.

Type of homework 
 

·         Completion of course work

·         Research for Food of the World project

·         Practice skills at home

Frequency and expected duration 
 
 
For Int 2 students the Foods of the World project is carried out between October and December, during this time pupils must manage their time and workload appropriately.
