29/10/07 - Hand in your essay on country of choice. Include information on how the geography, climate, economy, technology, culture & religions of the country influences the traditional food available.

02/11/07 - Hand in grid (range of traditional foods)

09/11/07 - Hand in sheets on characteristics of 2 traditional foods.

16/11/07 - Hand in a further 2 sheets on characteristics of traditional foods.

23/11/07 - Hand in a further 2 sheets on characteristics of traditional foods.

30/11/07 - Hand in a further 1 sheet on characteristics of traditional foods & grid of traditional dishes.

07/12/07 - Hand in 2 detailed recipes - characteristics of traditional dishes.

14/12/07 - Hand in a further 2 detailed recipes - characteristics of traditional dishes.

21/12/07 - Hand in final project including corrections, 2 further recipes & bibliography.

Food orders and cooking of dishes as assessment items will happen in the spring term.
