IMPROVED  TELEPHONE  SYSTEM

In response to parental feedback that the school’s answering message was overly long, resulting in delays and long call times, we have implemented some improvements. 

The greeting you will now hear if you contact the school’s main telephone number 01360 440469, is as follows:

“Welcome to Balfron High School.  If you wish to report an absence, for Campsie House press 1, for Endrick press 2 or for Lomond press 3, for Reception press 4, for Jarvis press 5 and for Leisure please call 440940.  Thank you.”

If you know which number you need, you don’t have to listen to the whole message.   You can press the relevant number immediately and be transferred to the relevant extension.  We hope that this will reduce your waiting time considerably.

Additionally, we have kept the direct dial numbers previously advertised.  If you are in the habit of using these numbers, please continue to do so.  These are as follows:
